About Me
25 Years of Confidential and Ethical Services
My name is Brett Keith, and I am a retired law enforcement officer with over 30 years of experience, including more than 25 years specializing in polygraph examinations. During my law enforcement career, I served in internal affairs, criminal investigations, event planning, and held supervisory roles for 24 years. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and transitioned to private polygraph practice in 2001.
In 1999, I attended the prestigious Backster School of Lie Detection, where I had the honor of studying under Cleve Backster—widely regarded as a pioneer in polygraph science. One of his most significant contributions was the development of the Backster Zone Comparison Technique (ZCT) in the 1960s, which revolutionized the interpretation of physiological data in polygraph testing. This foundation continues to shape my approach to conducting accurate and reliable examinations.
I have conducted thousands of polygraph exams and testified in court hundreds of times. Known for my professionalism and integrity, I am trusted by attorneys, investigators, and fellow examiners throughout the field. I also provide quality control and peer review services for other polygraph examiners, helping to uphold and advance industry standards.
I am committed to delivering confidential, ethical, and fair services, and I do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. My goal is to provide every client with accurate results and trusted expertise backed by decades of experience.
